Companies value talented employees and middle and senior managers. When and if a senior executive, for example, loses a spouse or suffers another tragedy, or just goes through a rough period in his or her work and individual lives, Dr. Lauren will work – as a therapist and as a coach – to assess and then provide tools for a renewed approach to the individual’s life and work. She also assists HR departments to determine whether a certain employee is at mental or physical risk.

Dr. Lauren has also been contracted to assess small management groups for personality or systems “glitches” that are impeding productivity.
