In addition to authoring over nine books, Dr. Lauren has written and contributed to sundry academic journals, magazines and newspapers. She is also a much called upon script doctor and a screenwriter.

Her current and coming book looks at relationships, particularly of the romantic kind, and focuses on why so many new and not so new unions “crash and burn” under the weight of both cultural expectations and interpersonal ineptitude. It will be a revealing and highly instructive “how to” on how one should proceed both before and into a positive, intimate relationship. A good piece of advice would be, “Read before you jump”.
